Shredded Broccoli, Carrots and Cabbage sauteed with Baby Portobello Mushrooms, Brown Rice and Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie and Mushroom Stir Fry

85 grams Broccoli Slaw
90 mL Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 serving Minute Ready To Serve Whole Grain Brown Rice
1 serving Dole Sliced Baby Portobello Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Veggie and Mushroom Stir Fry

  1. Fix Brown Rice according to directions.

  2. Add Mushrooms, Olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of the Vinaigrette to a medium saute Pan over medium high heat. Saute until Mushrooms begin to brown, add Broccoli slaw.

  3. Saute until slaw starts to soften add brown rice and saute for an additional 5 minutes adding last 1 TB of Vinaigrette.

  4. Serve Hot!
