A veggie twist on the old standby.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Mushroom Meatloaf

13/20 cup bulgur wheat
24 oz. raw mushrooms
1 egg white
1 medium onion
4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. barbeque sauce

Recipe Directions for Veggie Mushroom Meatloaf

  1. Cook bulgur wheat. Set aside.

  2. Saute mushrooms and onion in large pan. Season at that time.

  3. Combine the two, add parmesan cheese and mix. Add steak sauce and mustard to taste.

  4. Once mixture is cooled, add egg white to bind.

  5. Place in meatloaf pan, baste with barbeque sauce.

  6. 350, 1 hour.
