Tasty, and I use jarred baby food squash to save time! For some reason CC would not let me add the 1/2 cup pure oatbran needed for this recipe so I am adding it here

Recipe Ingredients for veggie muffins

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large bananas
4 1/2 ounce butternut squash
2 carrots, grated
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for veggie muffins

Mix it all up and bake at 425* for 25-30 min
