Yummy. It's sauteed in calorie-wise italian dressing, which doesn't come up correctly in the analyzer. At 5 calories per tablespoon, it's not a big add-in.

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 small zucchini, sliced
1 small red pepper
1/4 cup chives
1 small onion

Recipe Directions for Veggie Mix

  1. Sautee the onion until soft.

  2. Add other veggies.

  3. Sautee until cooked through.
