it's what was on the counter that i threw into a pan

Recipe Ingredients for veggie mix

2 cup raw spinach
1 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 1/2 cup portabello mushroom
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
2/3 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
1 tsp olive oil
4 piece sundried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for veggie mix

  1. chop everything

  2. put it in pan until cooked

  3. at the end grate half the cheese and mix in

  4. grate other half and melt on top

  5. enjoy

  6. very simple recipe
