Recipe Ingredients for Veggie mix

20 grams Sweet Potato
20 grams Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 cup Spinach
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup(110 g) Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Veggie mix

Combine and cook covered on low with just 50ml of water to start. Add the shredded spinach last after turning off the heat.
