Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Medley

1 1/2 cups zucchini
1 1/2 cups yellow squash
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Veggie Medley

  1. Wash vegetables

  2. Peel mushrooms

  3. Dice zucchini, squash, and mushrooms into bite-size pieces

  4. Spray non-stick pan with Pam or other cooking spray. Add garlic; when it starts to sizzle, add vegetables

  5. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until tender
