Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Meatloaf

28 oz Gimme Lean Ground Beef Style
7 servings Hunt's Tomato Sauce
2 egg, large
1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup water
1 serving onion soup mix
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Veggie Meatloaf

Blend all ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Put into loaf pan (use aluminum foil loaf pans so you can just toss afterwards). You might want to top with a ketchup and brown sugar sauce (that is what I do). Bake at 350 for about 45 min (check in middle to see if it looks done).
