Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Meal

1/2 green pepper
1 small potato
1/2 onion
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup broccoli

Recipe Directions for Veggie Meal

Put oil spray in a pan. Heat the onions and peppers first. Then slice the potato and add to pan when the onions and peppers are soft. Add broccoli. Add spinach last and steam is until wilted.
