Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Masaman Curry

2 cup Frozen Green Peas
6 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
4 cup Diced Tomatoes
4 cup Coconut Milk, Canned (Liquid Expressed From Grated Meat And Water)
1 cup Onions
4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
3 tbsp chopped Shallots
3 serving Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Veggie Masaman Curry

Saute onions, garlic and shallots. Add parboiled peas, string beans and potatoes (cut into 3 inch cubes). Add 2 cans of coconut milk and 1 can diced tomatoes and Masaman seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer in large crock pot for at least 40 min or until tender.
