Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Macaroni

16 ounces elbow macaroni
12 servings
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
16 ounces mushrooms, sliced
4 servings

Recipe Directions for Veggie Macaroni

  1. Empty 2 cans Hunts Chunky Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce into sauce pot. Add veggies and 1 can diced tomatoes. Simmer over low heat about an hour. Cook macaroni until slightly under cooked. Drain and add to tomato mixture.

  2. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and other herbs to taste.
