14 g garlics
91 g frozen green peas

80 g frozen green beans
737 g spagetti sauce
50 g water

Recipe Directions for veggie loaded tomato pasta sauce

  1. cook ground pork thoroughly in a big pot/pan with garlics, various kinds of spices and herbs, black pepper and salt

  2. add whatever veggies you want on top of the pork, cook for a little with lid on, DO NOT OVER COOK

  3. pour pasta sauce(tomato puree) into the pot while veggis are still not thoroughly cooked

  4. add mushrooms
