A childhood favorite of mine! Kids of all ages will love his tasty, nutritious treat.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Lo Mein

14 1/2 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup hot water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp canola oil
2 bunches broccoli

Recipe Directions for Veggie Lo Mein

  1. Cook noodles as directed.

  2. In a jar with a tight lid, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, hot water, and garlic. Shake well.

  3. Heat the canola in a large skillet. Add the chopped broccoli and cook.

  4. Finally, add the finished pasta, sauce, and broccoli to a final large pot and serve hot.
