2 oz Carrots Shredded
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 oz Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Asian Chili Oil

  1. Cook veggies in hot chili oil w/garlic and spices

  2. add rice and soy sauce

  3. cook til a bit crispy
