Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Lasagna

5 pc Lasagna Noodles
1 cup Tomato Products
6 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
0.5 block Tofu, Firm
2.3 oz Premium Soy-Sation Shredded 3 Cheese Blend
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Veggie Lasagna

  1. Make tofu ricotta by mashing and adding garlic and onion and basil.

  2. Cook noodles aldente.

  3. Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, sauce, noodles, ricotta, spinach, black olives, noodles, sauce, cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 for 30 min covered, 10 min uncovered and let stand for 5 min.
