Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Lasagna

16 oz. pasta
48 oz. pasta sauce
2 c. ricotta cheese
10 oz. chopped spinach
4 oz. broccoli
3 oz carrots
2 oz onions
2 cups mozzarella cheese
3 large eggs

Recipe Directions for Veggie Lasagna

  1. Make ricotta cheese

  2. Mix ricotta, 3 eggs, salt, pepper and basil for filling

  3. preheat oven to 350
