Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Lasagna

315 g eggplant
80 g peppers, sweet, red
100 g mushrooms
200 g sauce, white
405 g lasagna
45 g spaghetti sauce
200 g gouda

Recipe Directions for Veggie Lasagna

  1. Make three layers of sauces, pasta, cheese and veggies. Each layer should have the following: white sauce, lasagna, veggie, spaghetti sauce, cheese.

  2. Start with white sauce on the bottom of the pan to keep the pasta from sticking.
