A great healthy delicious lasagna that your kids will love!!!

Recipe Ingredients for veggie lasagna

3 cups zucchini
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 large egg
3/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp dried basil
6 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 nonstick cooking spray
32 oz crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup Cheese
2 pounds venison, ground

Recipe Directions for veggie lasagna

  1. Cook and drain broccoli and set aside. Mix cottage cheese, seasonings, egg beaters and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. Add brocolli and mix again thoroughly. Coat lasagna pan with nonstick spary and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Cover bottom of pan with tomato sauce and place down a layer of the uncooked lasagna noodles. Next, soread halg of the cheese and broccoli mixture evenly on top, and repeat layers. (You should end up with sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, sauce, noodle, sauce and the rest of the mozzarella cheese.) Last pour the water carefully around the edges of the pan, this will cook the noodles. Cover tightly with foil and back for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Remember 1/12 of the entire pan in on serving.
