Homemade lasagna with extra veggies! Can be made with homemade sauce, skim-milk cheese, and other veggies!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Lasagna

7 oz Whole Wheat Lasagna Pasta
15 oz Cottage Cheese Fat Free
2 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Whole Milk Cheese
2 large Egg, Whole
2.25 cup Broccoli
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
6 serving Chunky Garden Tomato, Onion
16 oz Beef

Recipe Directions for Veggie Lasagna

  1. Brown ground chuck. Add thawed broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes. Add sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Bring a pan full of water to a boil. Add 1 Tbsp of salt. Add lasagna noodles. Cook 10-12 minutes.

  3. Mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and 2 eggs together.

  4. Layer 3 noodles, 1/3 of cottage cheese mixture, 1/3 of meat sauce, and sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat for 2 more layers. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top if desired.

  5. Bake at 375 for minutes. Let set out 5 minutes before eating.
