Cheesy Spinach, mushroom and zucchini lasagna

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Lasagna

2 cups Cheese
9 oz. whole wheat lasagna
1 cup tomatoes
3 cups spinach
2 cups mushrooms
1 1/2 tablespoons Calories in soy magarine light
2 teaspoons evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1 zucchini

Recipe Directions for Veggie Lasagna

  1. Layer baking dish with tomato sauce

  2. Add first layer of pasta

  3. Layer with spinach, mushroom and margarine mixture

  4. Add seconds layer of pasta

  5. Layer with zucchini, tomato and tomato sauce mixture

  6. Add final layer of pasta

  7. Pour remaining pasta sauce over entire lasagna

  8. Bake covered for 45 mins in 375 degree oven

  9. Top with cheese and let bake for 15 more mins

  10. Let stand for 10 mins

  11. Serve
