2 cups tomato sauce
1 medium zucchini
2 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
3 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for veggie lasagna

  1. lay down a little sauce

  2. top with zucchini

  3. add some ricotta and squash

  4. repeat

  5. top with mozzarella cheese
