Recipe Ingredients for veggie lasagna primevera

2 tbs olive oil
8 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz lasagna noodle
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 oz parmesan cheese
12 oz skim milk
2 cups alfredo sauce

Recipe Directions for veggie lasagna primevera

cook veggies (i use zuchinni, carrots, mushrooms, onions, and garlic) in olive oil. in a seperate bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, and parmesan cheese. in another bowl mix milk and alfredo sauce. layer in a 9x13 pan starting with alfredo on the bottom. cook at 350 for 50 minutes covered, remove cover for another 10 minutes. cool for 10 and eat.
