Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Kabobs

1 medium onion
4 medium yellow squash
8 raw mushrooms
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic
10 sprays PAM olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Kabobs

  1. Mix all spices in a small bowl.

  2. Cut squash and onion in quarters.

  3. Alternate on a stick with mushrooms.

  4. Spray veggies with oil on both sides.

  5. Sprinkle with seasoning.

  6. Grill.
