Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Hummus wrap

1 tortilla Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
60 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1/4 tsp Cumin
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
3 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots
0.25 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Veggie Hummus wrap

slice carrots and celery into match stick size pieces. While you are doing that open a can of garbanzo beans and place in blender. Add lime juice, cumin, and salt. Then blend slowly add water until you get a creamy texture. Scrape the sides and blend once more. Open a can(or jar) of pre-sliced olives. You can use kalamara olives, but I used black. You can also use northern beans, or replace the celery for bell pepper. Place tortilla on a flat surface, and spread hummus onto it. add celery, carrots, lettuce, and olives. Wrap like you would a burrito. Save left over hummus, for a great veggie dip, or more wraps.
