Enchiladas made with veggie ground mexican style, enchilada sauce and grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Ground Enchiladas

1.2 oz Smart Ground Veggie Protein Crumbles
1 oz Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild
1 tortilla Low-Carb/Low-Fat Tortillas
14 grams Yellow Onions
11 grams Green Bell Pepper
0.8 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Ground Enchiladas

  1. chop onion, saute

  2. chop green pepper saute with onion

  3. add veggie ground

  4. put tortilla on skillet

  5. put enchilada sauce in glass pan

  6. put tortilla in enchilada sauce

  7. put veggie ground mix onto tortilla

  8. add some cheese

  9. roll up

  10. make 10 of them

  11. pour the rest of the sauce on top

  12. pour the rest of the cheese on top

  13. bake 375 15 -20 min's
