Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Ground Beef Crispy Tacos

13 oz Meatless Ground
204 grams White Corn Tortillas
2 serving Fancy Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup, shredded Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
8 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Veggie Ground Beef Crispy Tacos

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Steam tortillas in the microwave.

  3. Spray tortillas with cooking spray and drape over the oven rack to for the shell shape. You can also crumble some foil and drape the tortilla over it and place on a baking sheet in the oven.

  4. Cook shells until crispy and golden, about 15 mins.

  5. Meanwhile, Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.

  6. Add the veggie crumbles to the skillet and cook thoroughly.

  7. Add beans and season as desired.

  8. Mix beans with crumbles and continue cooking, until mixture is heated throughout.

  9. Add filling to the taco shells and top with whatever fixings you like.

  10. Makes 4 servings of 2 tacos each.
