Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Grilled Cheese

1 slice, large Bread, Mixed-grain

Recipe Directions for Veggie Grilled Cheese

Use a couple of drops of olive oil or margerine to keep bread from sticking. Cut of your favorite veggies, ex I like like avocado, tomatoes, onions, and BELL PEPPERS!! lol when the cheese is just starting to melt pull it off the pan and add your veggies. Make sure you use WHOLE GRAIN bread!! White cheese are the best for you. And of course add the veggies too!
