Slight alteration here -- substituting vegetable protein grumbles for ground meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Goulash

12 oz morningstar farms crumbles
1 cup ro-tel Milder tomatoes and green chiles
1 cup tomato sauce
12 oz elbow macaroni
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Veggie Goulash

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.

  2. Heat crumbles, tomato sauce, spices and Ro*Tel together in a saucepan.

  3. Stir in cooked macaroni.

  4. Top with cheese if desired.
