Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Gluten-free Stir Fry

16 oz Tofu Shirataki
1.5 cup Asparagus
1 serving Tamari
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
15 oz Tofu, Firm
6.3 oz Bok Choy
3 cloves, raw Garlic
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
5 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Veggie Gluten-free Stir Fry

  1. Brown tofu pieces

  2. Add veggies, garlic, pepper, and ginger

  3. Parboil the shirataki for three minutes and then drain it

  4. Add to veggies in pan

  5. Add oil and sauce and mix well

  6. Ready to serve!
