You can cook the veggies in a small pan with a bit of oil before adding them to the eggs or add the raw

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie full omelette

5 large Eggs
1 oz yellow bell pepper
1 oz orange bell pepper
2 oz white mushroom
1 oz jalapeno pepper
2 1/2 oz mozzarella cheese
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie full omelette

  1. In bowl mix eggs

  2. Mix in veggies into bowl wityh eggs

  3. add 1tsp of oil into a med size pan

  4. add egg mixture (eye ball the ammount of 1 serving)

  5. let it cook once it does flip it over

  6. add 1oz of cheese

  7. when egg is cooked fold it in half (to look like a quesadilla)

  8. serve
