1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.33 cup Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1/2 cup Vegetables, Mixed
1 tsp Paprika
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for veggie fritters

mix flour and paprika together. add veggies and mix before adding egg. stir until mixture is even. heat oil on pan before placing fritters in pan to cook.
