Veggies and smoked sausage with egg.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Frittata

4 eggs
1 zucchini
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 red onion
2 tsp basil olive oil
6 oz smoked sausage , sliced

Recipe Directions for Veggie Frittata

  1. Saute veggies in olive oil

  2. Add smoked sausage till sausage is warm. (I use 1 link of healthy choice polska kielbasa.)

  3. Pour in egg and scramble till egg is cooked.
