all natural vegitable frittata for breakfast, lunch or dinner

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Frittata

4 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 slices COOKED Center Cut Bacon
1 cup, diced Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup, milk

Recipe Directions for Veggie Frittata

saute all vegitables in olive oil with garlic, scramble eggs with milk, salt, pepper, add to sauted vegitables and top with chopped cheese, cover and cook to eggs are done.
