Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Frittata

1 1/2 cup cauliflower
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup green onion
8 eggs

Recipe Directions for Veggie Frittata

  1. Spray non stick skillet with heat resistant handle with cooking spray

  2. saute veggies until tender

  3. whip eggs and add to skillet

  4. when bottom of eggs comes clean from skillet, place entire skillet in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes
