Veggies, eggs and cheese baked in the oven

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Frittata

1 1/2 c egg whites
3 eggs
1/3 c low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 c green pepper, diced
1 c spinach, chopped
1/2 c cherry tomatoes, diced
1/3 c onion, diced
1/4 c skim milk

Recipe Directions for Veggie Frittata

Sautee all veggies in pan until soft, adding spinach last. Cook until spinach is wilted. While veggies are cooking, mix eggs, cheese, egg whites and milk until well blended. Add veggie mix to this, and put in the oven at 375 for approx. 10-15 minutes until puffy and cooked through.
