Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Fritatta

4 large Egg, White
4 large Egg, Whole
20 slice Mushrooms
0.78 cups Baby Spinach
0.75 potatoe Organics Potatoes Russet
2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
0.25 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 oz Goat Cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Fritatta

cook potato slices with fat free pam until golden, layer in the rest of the veggies. Allow to cook a min or two. Pour eggs over veggies, allow to cook for about 2 minutes. Add goat cheese to the top, put the whole pan in the oven for about 10 minutes to set at 400 degrees.
