Recipe Ingredients for Veggie fritatta

1 cup green peppers
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup tomato
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Veggie fritatta

  1. chop all the veggies and mix with the egg. Add a pinch of Mrs. Dash original seasoning for added flavor without the added sodium.

  2. Spray a pan with Spam and heat to medium heat. Add the egg mixture to the heated pan. Cook for about 2 minutes and flip to cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
