Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Fritata

1 cup Spinach
1 Tomato
2 Egg Whites
1 Egg
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Fritata

  1. PRE-HEAT oven to 350

  2. WHISK the eggs and spices together until foamy

  3. ADD in spinach and tomato

  4. ADD olive oil to the baking pan

  5. POUR onto the baking pan

  6. BAKE for about 10 minutes until you see it rise or cooked

  7. If it?s still not cooked on top, pop it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes!
