Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Fried Rice

1/2 cup, shredded Cabbage, Cooked
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots
8 slice Turnips
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, diced Celery
4 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice as directed on package

  2. Slice up Cabbage, Turnip (removing outter layer), Celery, Carrots, and Onion. Heat up Olive Oil and add beated eggs. Scramble eggs until fully cooked, set aside. Add Garlic to pan, sautae for 1 minute then add veggies. Cook until Cabbage is tender add rice and eggs serve warm.
