Fried Rice with veggies and a ton of flavor!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Fried Rice

1 cup brown rice (uncooked)
1 cup white rice( uncooked)
1/2 cup sweet peas
1 carrot
1 T soy sauce
1 garlic clove
1 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T ground ginger

Recipe Directions for Veggie Fried Rice

  1. Follow rice cooking instructions. You can cook the two types together in one pot.

  2. In a medium fry pan combine olive oil, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Lightly cook veggies in the above ingredients. add cooked rice. Serve hot.
