Recipe Ingredients for veggie filling

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 yellow onion, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 small sweet peppers, minced
28 oz chopped spinach, drained
6 oz water chestnuts, diced
1/2 tomato, diced

Recipe Directions for veggie filling

  1. sautee garlic, onion, mushrooms

  2. add spinach and peppers to skillet

  3. add water chestnuts and tomato at end
