I love feta with scrambled eggs, it adds a tangy, nutty and saltiness to it. I add some of my favorite veggies to add vitamins and minerals

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie and Feta Scramble

1 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup reduced fat feta
1/4 cup frozen spinach
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Veggie and Feta Scramble

  1. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan.

  2. Add the eggs and cook on low heat for a few moments.

  3. Then add the veggies and cheese.

  4. If you are so inclined, you may cook omelet style and fold the veggies and cheese into the eggs, but I just cook it as one scramble
