quick meal, full of vegetables. You could use low fat cheese or low fat sour cream instead. And I am actually using courgette not cucumber but I couldn't find it!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie fajitas

4 Wrap Plain Wrap Tortillas
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup Green Beans
4 serving Chicken Style Pieces - Chilled
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
1 cup, shredded(113 g) Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie fajitas

  1. Fry all the veg in the oil.

  2. When tender add, the quorn and cook until soft.

  3. Add seasoning. I am using chili flakes.

  4. Heat wraps, add vegetable mix to middle of wrap, sprinkle with cheese and fold to form a tube with the ends tucked in.
