Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Enchilitto

1 tortilla Tortilla Wraps
0.25 cup Vegetables, Fresh Frozen Steamfresh
4/5 grams Garlic
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil
50 grams Long Grain
20 grams Artisan Blends Cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Enchilitto

  1. saute veggies w/garlic & olive oil

  2. heat rice

  3. drain beans

  4. add half the cheese, all the veggies & a tablespoon of rice to center of tortilla shell

  5. roll, tucking in the outsides

  6. place in baking pan

  7. cover with the sauce & remaining cheese

  8. place in preheated oven until cheese is melted
