Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Enchilada

7 tortilla Burrito 10" Flour tortillas 14ct
7 oz Fat Free Refried Beans
12 oz Black Beans
1.5 cup Fancy Colby-Jack Shredded Cheese
1.5 cup Sauce, La Victoria, La Victoria Enchilada Sauce
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.13 medium raw Onion Red
1 medium raw Tomato Roma

Recipe Directions for Veggie Enchilada

Preheat oven to 450.Combine both beans together. Chop all veggies and combine them together. Spread 1-2 scoops of the bean mixture and 1-2 scoops of veggie mixture on a tortilla. Sprinkle a little of the cheese and fold. Place all seven tortillas in an oven safe dish. Cover with enchilada sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake at 450 for 30minutes or until cheese is bubbly on top.
