Recipe Ingredients for veggie eggs

2 eggs
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 c peppers
1/4 c onions
1/4 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for veggie eggs

  1. add oil to pan heat on med.

  2. chop veggies

  3. add to pan with oil

  4. saute.

  5. crack eggs into a bowl

  6. add water to mix

  7. remove sauted veggies

  8. poiur eggs into pan

  9. scramble the eggs cook until the water has evaporated

  10. add the veggies back into the eggs
