Baked Wonton Mini Veggie Eggrolls

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Eggrolls

10 wrapper, wonton (3 1/2" diameter)
1 tbls minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flake
2 green onions, sliced
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 tbls canola oil (or other light oil)
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbls low sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Veggie Eggrolls

Preheat oven to 375. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Heat garlic and red pepper flake. Add onions and cabbage and stir fry until soft. Add fish sauce and soy sauce and cook for another minute. Roll by teaspoonful into wontons and wet edges to seal. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 15-25 minutes, or until brown.
