Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Egg Muffins

12 eggs, beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, diced
2 cups broccoli, diced
2 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup celery, diced

Recipe Directions for Veggie Egg Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Spray silicone baking cups with nonstick spray

  3. Add veggies and cheese to cups, distributing evenly

  4. Fill cups to 3/4 full, stir with fork

  5. Bake 25-35 minutes until risen and set
