A medley of chicken, onion, carrots, and peas in a sweet ketchup sauce topped with a scrambled egg omelette.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Egg Jumble

0.25 cup Peas, Green
0.25 cup Shredded Carrots
57 1/2 grams Onions
1 serving schwans boneless skinless chicken breast
30 grams Ketchup
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 large Egg, Whole
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Egg Jumble

Cook onion, carrots, and peas in olive oil until carrots are translucent. Add chicken. Once chicken is cooked thoroughly, add ketchup and sugar. Continue to stir until well heated and mixed. Fry one egg scrambled (add sriracha to the egg for a spicy kick). Layer on top of chicken and veggie mixture. Enjoy!
