Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Egg Frittata

4 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Southwestern
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
4 serving Sliced White Mushrooms
4 oz Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk Reduced Fat
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Veggie Egg Frittata

Chop vegetables and place in a 14 inch or larger non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray. Saute until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, beat eggs and egg beaters together. Pour over vegetables. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. You can finish top in oven. Add shredded cheese. Slice and serve.
